Anyone have idea related to AC/DC current measurement using shunt?

You will have to be more specific about what you are doing,
what your problem is.

see we are measuring electrical parameters by CT, but it can only measures AC supply parameters not DC
Now i have to do both AC and DC parameter measurements for that the best way to use is highly accurate resistor = shunt.
i am using PBV-R005 shunt for my application
i have calibrate it on phentom load and note down readings then put on actual load note down readings
the problem is that these both readings have variations,

now about measurement - it is just resistor so whatever the voltage drop across it that is amplified by unity gain opamp and given to ADC for conversion
