Freelancer wanted - LTC generator/reader

Dear everyone,

We are currently looking for an embedded developer to help us in the context of a bigger software project. The job is to develop the microcontroller source code (preferably in C) for an LTC/SMPTE timecode interface.

This interface should be capable of generating LTC timecode as well as reading it.
The following options should be configurable via UART:
- framerate to be used (24, 25, 30 FPS)
- operating mode ( read / write)
* in read mode:
- string or numeric representation of the last SMPTE frame read
* in write mode:
- string or numeric representation of the SMPTE frame to start with
- commands for start/stop/reset
