Very sorry for the confusion as I saw the above discussion about method for driving relay using ULN2803 and I have some problems with the ULN2803.

sir
can u say the hexa decimal equivaent for each charecter in LCD screen. and can u give some code to send the desired text data to LCD screen using MC.
