Fountain with Electrovalves

Hi, i want to implement this fountain in a smaller scale.

I already search electrovalves, but the ones i found are too big, or too expensive, and I need like 15 electrovalves (or solenoid valves). Is there any other way to implement this?

i think apart from just controlling the valves, you need to make sure that rate of flow of water is same from all the valves, coz that is really important when making patterns.

I am really not sure of hardware part, you need to look into market and yeah its going to be costly.
