GSM NOT RECEIVE At COMMAND FROM 89C51 MCU

i want to make a call from gsm modem interface with 89c51 mcu, when i connect 89c51 mcu to pc hyperterminal then it work ok,when i connect it to gsm modem then modem does respond.
