the displays here are used with multiplexing technique means there is only one display works at a time but it shifts so fast therefor all display works simultaneously

so, regarding the sensors, in the project, LDRs are used. LDR = Light Dependent Resistor
There are two LDRs in the circuit, one is on the exit door and on the entrance door.
So when someone crosses the entrance door, it counts the visitor up and when someone crosses the exit door, it decrement the counter.
