I want to configure certain parameters of microcontroller based target system from Bray terminal. So string (aschii) sent by the terminal should be decoded by the system. But data read through UART, is toatlly different. Data is left shifted by 8 times with MSB pushed into LSB . In the target system, it is very difficult to right shift to get back the actual data. Pls suggest any easier solution
