its completely your decision. you should get a programmer that is easy to use and can program maximum number of ICs. so that you dont have to look for new alternatives in future. getting my point?

did you download the complete zip file? if yes then there is a folder inside that zip with name "Full disp MKII" it has the complete code there. check file with extension .A51

for displaying your own text simply change the following line in code
