i have tried but still the voltage drops from 5V to 2V when i supply the power.Where is the mistake should be?

What have you tried ?

Does the 5 volt regulator get hot ?
What power supply are you using ?

yes the LM7805 got hot.I am using 12V adjustable dc/ac adaptor.

So you have removed the connection between Vcc and ground Just to the right of R1 ?

It is likely you have a wiring error.

Is any other component getting warm ?
If not check that you have Vcc (2 volts) is on the Vcc pins of your components
and not where it should not be.

Remove as many chips as you can, does the voltage rise ?

Finally..
The current from the regulator(about an amp) is going somewhere.
Cut the Vcc connections from the 5 volt regulator until you find where the current is going.

Does the regulator get very hot or just warm ?

there are 2 possibilities
1) may be ur input is inverting ur inserting +12v to grouping and -ive to input of 7805
2) may be 7805 is damaged
3) some thing is short in circuit that is drawing more current and 7805 gets hot

remove all ics and give power and check is now 7805 is hot or normal

usually there is no such way you can check health of microcontroller without programming it.

i triedmy coding but there is no movement of dc motor. Why is it so?

there could be many reasons.. power supply, low current, faulty driver, wrong circuit or programming error.

You can verify your controller by a simple LED blink program.
