I think you can use HC-07 as the whole HC-xx series is similar with minor feature and configuration differences. but on the basic side they are all same. I could not find any datasheet or information regarding this module however there is HC-06 is also there if HC-05 is not available for you.

There are many websites that sell HC-05/06 modules just try a google search. Rydolabz is one... There are more just don't remember names.

And for voltage regulator. You can look into local market as I am not sure about prices. One of the 3.3v low dropout regulator is LM3940 with 1A of current.

There is an "Instruction manual for Connecting Programmer To Microcontrollers" also check the official USBasp Programmer website for more information and softwares available for flashing: http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/

For the 3.3V supply for HC-05, I've bought L7HL33 component.
Can I use L7HL33 for giving 3.3v supply for HC-05?

Its hard to say for L7HL33 as I am unable to find datasheet for the same. make sure you keep the voltage divider when connecting controller with HC-05.

1) please give me a voltage divider diagram.
2) what is the values of capacitors i should use with 7805 voltage regulator?
3) What is the use of 1N4728A in this circuit?
4) to where does pins D0, D2 and D3 goes to (see attachment)?

1 & 4. See the attachment.
2. You can use the values of capacitor for 7805 as mentioned here:

3. Where is 1N4728A in this circuit?
