Don't we need capacitors for the clock circuit portion?

1) Is there no capicitors for clock circuit?
2) Is there any separate programming or requirement for interfacing HC-05 with 8051?

1) Yes crystal, capacitor and reset circuit all are must required things for 8051. Project author might have thought people understand this. Please bear with him.
2) There is no special programming requirement. Only serial port is needed for interfacing HC-05 and 8051.

what is the value of the capacitors used for clock circuit?

33pF usual value, you can post back the circuit after updating it. I can review it if its correct or not.

what is the value of the resistors?
is it 470ohm or 470kilo-ohm?

sir please see the circuit diagram(in zip file) at the beginning of the forum.

I'm talking about resistors R1, R2 and R3

and sometimes you replace the capacitor value with 27pf value
