1. Most probably it's not needed.
2. Yes. But do get a confirmation from datasheet.
3. Just get it soldered from an experienced person. Go to a mobile repair shop. They are good with this.

Ok, I got my BT Module fixed, and bought a new base board.
Now I need instructions how to attach module to the base board.

Amruthkiran, Sorry for a delayed response. Well you actually do not need anything special instructions on attaching the base board. They both fit each other properly. Just match Pin1 with Pin1 and solder it carefully. Ask a friend to help if you think you cannot do it easily. As I said earlier too, You can visit a local mobile repair shop and ask them to solder it. They usually have good tools and practice doing these jobs.

If *you* write a report we can add it though

It clearly says app sends ascii "U, D, L, R and C". For second question I think you need to do some study on number systems.
when you say 65 as decimal it can be represented as either 0x41 in hex or 0b1000001 in binary. But 0x41 is a displayable character (see ascii table) so when you send 0x41 from controller to serial terminal you will see 'A' not 0x41. so it is just a number representation. which means:
65(decimal) = 0x41 (hex) = 0b1000001 (binary) = 'A' (ascii) is all same.

i didn't understand the second part.
Just tell me, is the module sending binary to the controller?

Yes, it sends 8 bits of binary to the controller.
